Using the power of hope, goal-setting and a positive mindset to face and overcome challenges.
The resilience bundle includes 2 x 1 hour lessons. We recommend completing both, in order, for the best learning outcome.

Specifically, they map to these capabilities:
- Describe the influence that people, situations and events have on their emotions.
- Identify and describe strategies to manage and moderate emotions in increasingly unfamiliar situations
- Explain the value of self-discipline and goal setting in helping them to learn.
Hope & Resilience: Building Strength in Times of Challenge
Description: These lessons empower students to understand and develop hope and resilience, equipping them with tools to face difficult situations with a positive mindset. Through creating symbolic "Hope Lanterns," personal reflection, and goal-setting, students will explore ways to support themselves and others, fostering inner strength and optimism in their everyday and when facing adversity.
