Make-A-Wish is committed to protecting the privacy of donors and others who entrust us with their personal information. You can have full confidence that when dealing with Make-A-Wish, your personal information will be kept private and data will be held securely.

We collect your contact details and your banking information directly from you for the primary purpose of processing your donation. Your account information may be disclosed to third parties such as our banking and payment processing partners, for the purposes of processing your donation. Our payments processor will only continue to hold and use this information if you have agreed to give monthly and will not disclose it to anyone except to resolve a complaint or as required by law. This information is likely to be disclosed to related entities overseas including in the Japan and the United States.

If you do not provide your personal information and agree to this disclosure, we may not be able to accept your donation. Anonymous donations can be accepted (meaning we will not make the donor's identity public) provided we can collect, use and otherwise disclose information about the donor for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Collection Statement.
