Officeworks Make A Difference Appeal

Thanks to our volunteers who visited Officeworks stores in June

Cairns Branch

Thank you Cairns Branch! President Eileen Phillips (pictured above) visited her local Officeworks store not once, but twice. The store held a Community Fun Day fundraiser, which included a BBQ, fairy floss, and one of their staff members shaving their head to inspire customers to donate to Make-A-Wish - fabulous!

Bundaberg Branch

Thank you Bundaberg Branch! Long-time volunteer Lester Rogers visited the local Officeworks store and met Store Manager, Mel. Lester has been volunteering with Make-A-Wish since 1988 - what an incredible achievement!

Hobart Branch

Thank you Hobart Branch! Hobart Officeworks staff hosted a Make-A-Wish Fun Day, which was visited by our National Patron Robyn Moore along with branch volunteers Kaye, Amanda, Vivian, Michelle and Ashwin who all joined in by dressing up and sprinkling a little Make-A-Wish magic - amazing!

Launceston Branch

Thank you Launceston Branch! President Donna and Vice President Kath visited their local Officeworks store at the start of the June campaign. Donna has been with Make-A-Wish for nearly two years while Kath has volunteered for over nine years - awesome!

Mackay Branch

Thank you Mackay Wish Granting Team! Brad and Reg visited their local Officeworks store and handed out badges to thank staff members – pictured are staff members Anna and Tegan. Brad and Reg both joined Make-A-Wish this year - thanks for being part of the Wish Force!

Rockhampton and Gladstone Wish Granting Team

Thank you Rockhampton and Gladstone Wish Granting Team! Gabby, Elizabeth and Govi were superstars, visiting both Rockhampton and Gladstone Officeworks stores. Rockhampton even arranged a Father’s Day fundraiser, with special guest Elina the Mermaid - magical!
