My name is Claire I am 16 years old and I am a ‘Heart Kid’. After having my transplant and returning home to my new life, I had the opportunity to have a Wish granted from Make-A-Wish.
The Children’s Hospital at Westmead (CHW) is one of the largest children’s hospitals in the southern hemisphere. Children come from all over NSW and also from other states and New Caledonia to be treated for a range of illnesses.
